Crossroads Foundation Repair is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for answering phones and helping our customers to schedule in home consultations with our project managers, creating job folders, filing job folders. Competitive Pay and 401K available. Paid Vacation and Holidays. 8-5 work schedule Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, or direct to the appropriate staff member
  • Schedule appointments over the phone
  • Provide information about the products and services offered
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Creating and filing job related documents

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or related field is preferred
  • Experience answering phones, directing calls, and scheduling appointments
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
